Telephone calls
During office hours, the receptionist takes messages and one of the physicians returns all calls by the end of office hours that day. All urgent issues are treated with priority.

After Hours Care
Urgent issues are addressed directly by one of the physicians after hours. We recommend that you call for urgent issues after hours in order to get advice whether an emergency room visit is necessary and for proper follow-up.
